These terms describe the permitted use of the Trackspire Logistics website and its shipment-information tools.

Website use
- Use the website only for lawful shipment enquiries, service information and authorised tracking searches.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer's information or misuse tracking numbers.
Tracking information
- Tracking statuses and locations reflect recorded operational checkpoints. They are not a guarantee of continuous GPS positioning or an exact delivery time.
- Customers should contact support when a result appears incomplete, delayed or inconsistent with other shipment information.
Service arrangements
- Actual shipping services, charges, delivery estimates, restrictions and liability are governed by the confirmed shipment agreement.
- Website descriptions do not create a service guarantee where the route or shipment has not been accepted and confirmed.
Intellectual property and external services
- Trackspire branding and original website content may not be reproduced without permission.
- Third-party map, hosting and logistics services remain subject to their own applicable terms.
Legal review
- Liability limits, governing law, dispute procedures and the company's registered legal identity must be completed and approved by qualified legal counsel before launch.
