Service information
Shipping Policy
This policy explains the general operating principles for shipments coordinated by Trackspire Logistics.
Draft updated: July 30, 2026
Service availability
- Route, transport mode, collection, delivery and handling availability are confirmed for each shipment.
- Some destinations, goods or services may be unavailable or subject to additional requirements.
Delivery estimates
- Estimated dates are planning information rather than guaranteed delivery times unless a written service agreement states otherwise.
- Weather, customs, inspections, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Customer responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate sender, receiver, address, contact, package and customs information.
- Restricted, dangerous, prohibited or incorrectly declared goods may be refused, held, returned or handled according to applicable requirements.
Tracking and status updates
- The tracking page displays recorded checkpoints. A new valid shipment-history entry controls the current public location and status.
- A tracking update does not represent continuous live GPS monitoring.
Delivery issues and claims
- Report missing, damaged, delayed or incorrectly delivered shipments to support with the tracking number and relevant evidence.
- Claim deadlines, required documents, compensation limits and refund rules must be confirmed in the shipment agreement and reviewed by legal counsel.
